The Republican River Water Conservation District Water Activity Enterprise (RRWCD WAE) is accepting sealed bids for a two or three year term TBD cash lease on a tract located approximately 17 miles southeast of Holyoke, CO. The Tracts consists of 533.21 acres of irrigated cropland, typically planted to corn and approximately 233.11 acres of pasture. Three irrigation pivots are supplied water by Well Permit #24341-FP, verified on 6/27/2024 pumping an average of 846.4 GPM, Well Permit #20179-FP, verified on 7/11/2025 pumping an average of 1,435.2 GPM, and Well Permit #24340-FP verified on 6/27/2024, pumping an average of 772.4 GPM. There is also a stock well with Well Permit #162735. FSA base acres will be split proportionately between this tract of 533.21 irrigated acres and another tract of 254.14 irrigated acres. This property is located in Yuma County and is in the Sandhills Ground Water Management District. The deadline for submitting bids is Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 3:00 pm MTN.
